Hi, I am Kristy

I am a yoga instructor, I teach vinyasa, SUP yoga and aerial. I am a anxiety warrior and self love junkie. I have taken back my life and my thoughts through my practice with yoga and meditation. I chose to create this space for other to come and experience the power of this practice. If you are ready to take back your phy sical, mental and emotional health lets do this together!
